OK !!! After the first step now check for the directories....
Follow these steps-
1. In command prompt with pen drive as current directory (Ex. G:\>)
2. Now type dir/ah to see all directories(including hidden ones).
3. Remove directories like Autorun, System, Recycle and other unknown directories
by following command
rmdir/s "folder name" (without quotes)
4. Now there are no more viruses in your pen drive and you can freely open it.
